Computer TeleMedicine Visit Instructions

Important: A computer with a camera and microphone is required. You do not have this please register at the Patient Portal and use the Healow App on your phone to join the TeleMedicine visit.

Step 1 - Open email confirming the TeleMedicine visit. Click on the “Join this Telemed Appointment directly” button. Please check your Spam folder if you are unable to find this email.

Step 2 - Enter your vitals if you have this information and click “Submit Vitals”.

Step 3 - After the compatibility check completes, Click on “Start TeleVisit”

Step 4 - Wait for the doctor to start the TeleMedicine visit.
